7 Day Guide to Skincare:Take a Break On Saturday

After 5 days of exfoliation, hydrating and moisturising, today we don’t ask you to do too much. In fact, we ask you to take a break on Saturday. This is a part of  our extensive skincare regime for Be For Beauty’s Beauty special this month.

 

Day 6 To Better Your Skin: Take a Load Off on Saturday

 Skincare is not just about what you put. But also your SOM. So give yourself a break—your skin needs it.

Take a break: Do whatever you find cuts out stress: a glass of red wine, Netflix, meeting friends, YouTube videos—just do it.

Take out 10 minutes for meditation, facial massage. Make sure you get a good sweat with Yoga, Pilates, t’ai chi, or even a long walk.

Go on a skincare detox: Try to stay without any makeup or skincare products. It’s a good idea to detox from all products, and allow your skin to breathe. This’ll work wonders if you’re indoors or in a controlled environment.
