Hey, guys!
What’s up?
For me, shopping is all about buying pieces that I can wear again and again. The two trendy pieces that I’m going to talk about are not only super comfortable, 100% cotton but are also great on price. I tried and tested them in the most humid place: Bali!
So should we get started?
Trendy Piece You’ll Wear This Summer: Comfy Blue Trousers
After wearing their easy-peezy-lemon-squeezy dress at Amazon India Fashion Week, I fell in love with Postfold’s minimalist style.
On my first day in Bali, we were going farming in Ubud. Since we didn’t really know how much we’d have to walk, I didn’t want to wear a dress or something too short.
I thought I should be cool and comfy and decided to wear these Summer Office Trousers with a simple off-shoulder top I’d picked earlier this month from H&M.

Be it when we went to school to meet the children or walked through a small village to get to rice farming in Ubud, the pants were super comfy.

I actually didn’t try tilling rice in the paddy fields but if I had to, my trousers would have easily rolled up till my knees.
They are made of rayon and cotton and have an elastic on the waist which is really good for days you just wanna chill sans bite marks on your waist! Back in New Delhi where the temperature is 40 degrees, I wear this at home (working on the blog), coffee runs and meeting friends too.

Trendy Piece You’ll Wear This Summer: Pin Stripes, Bell Sleeves and Frills
I went to Zara, Mango, H&M, Promod, H&M, even Forever 21. And there are at least five to six variations of each of these trends.Seeing that how much bell sleeves, frills, and pinstripes are in Vogue, I decided to try on The Net Sleeved Top From Postfold on Day 2.
It matched perfectly with my shorts which were too, from H&M. The top is super light unlike a lot of other flared sleeve tops because the flare is there enough to notice but not so exaggerated that it leads to an inconvenience.

The top is 100% cotton which was great because I experienced a heatwave when I went to Nusa Dua beach, but it did shift a lot. I hate adjusting my top either from the shoulders or the bust so just make sure you get the right size.
I am in love with the versatility of this pin-striped top and even wore it to meeting back home!
