Yes, Be for Beauty did a little recent, impromptu OOTD look for Instagram and Facebook on how to boho-chic this summer. Here’s a quick and easy post on donning a bohemian top and denim shorts, right here, with Be For Beauty.
Clothes: These Denim Shorts are from H&M, Select Citywalk, New Delhi. These are low waist and quite short making them ideal for home or a chill session with friends and family. I am still on the look out for high-waist, longer denim shorts to create a different look.
I have been in love Jojo aka Joelle Fletcher’s look in The Bachelor Season 20 (as well as the other girls) and with the whole off-shoulder, free-flowing tops being back in style, I am constantly on the lookout for boho-chic/off shoulder tops.
This blue top is asymmetrical, not too-short and is very comfy. This is literally street style since I got this from Delhi, Greater Kailash, M Block Market.
Accessories: I am wearing a couple of thin bracelets I got from Forever 21, DLF Mall, Saket and decided to wear a layered neckpiece from Vero Moda. Since it’s really hot in Delhi (42 degrees when I was shooting), I wanted to be realistic in what I was wearing in this shoot.
Makeup: I call this routine my eight-minute makeup routine. Delhi weather is really dry so I cannot leave the house without using a day cream (Pond’s Silk Cream) after which I used NYX Cosmetics Concealer Jar, Orange, 0.24 Oz.
to cover my under eye area and red spots. I then used Aveeno Positively Radiant CC Cream SPF 30, Medium Tinted Moisturizer, 2.5 Ounce by Aveeno
with my fingers on face and neck. I finish with a swap of powder which happened to be Za True White 2 Way Foundation, Shade-20.
For blush, I dab Benefit Benetint – deluxe sample size… with my fingers. For my lips, I used a nude pink from my Lancome Tendre Voyage Make-Up Palette for Women
(it’s in this pallette so I’ll have to look up the number).
Hair: My hair looks like this after I wash, condition and dry. I flipped my hair down and applied a spray of Sebastian Whipped Creme Mousse 5.3 oz 2 ct (Quantity of 2). Just work it on your roots to get a bit of ‘natural’ looking bounce back to the hair. The change is very subtle, and that’s what I love about it.
