So it was you who painted the town RED, or at least….PINK.
In fact, the last week has been all about parties, weddings and booze.

After hours of partying, eating appetisers and standing in heels, it’s not just you whose tired.
If your skin could scream, it would.
So here are a couple of tips from Be For Beauty and Dr Aakriti Mehra, MD, Dermatologist, Enhance Clinics.
-Wash your face with an alcohol-free cleanser. If you’re prone to breakouts, opt for a benzoyl peroxide-based cleanser. A medicated facewash like Cetaphil is a safe bet. I love Vichy’s Normaderm Range and The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Oil Range: they are not new launches but are very effective in keeping your skin clean and healthy.
-Use a good day cream with anti-oxidants, vitamins, peptides and AHAs (alpha-hydroxy acids). Now that you’re back home, stick to the room. Avoid going out since pollution can only make matters worse.
-Drink lots of water through the day. Your body is pretty dehydrated and you’ve got a lot of making up to do. Drink hot water, green tea, fresh juices; load up on berries and citrus fruits if your throat is all good.

-Use an eye cream to avoid puffiness that usually occurs to water retention. Dab a potent serum (Lancome, Olay are my fave brands) and massage in an upwards motion on your cheeks, forehead and T-zone.
-Chances are you’ve not really slept much. So shut everything off and get some sleep.
Your skin will be glowing in no time.
Love,
