[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A grey, rainy Friday morning turned colorful for those of us who attended the Reebok Fall collection launch event at the brand store in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Bright, dual-toned attire, wooden racks stacked with a variety of shoes, it seems like Reebok has gone all in to make sports de luxefitness meets fashion), and has successfully translated this trend from runaway to real life.
Paying homage to those who look forward to those who love their 40 minutes of exercise, Reebok launches ‘activewear’ and encourages more of us to switch from sedentary to active lifestyles—and from blacks to brights (by the way, there is nothing wrong with black but a little color never hurt anyone).
Not just one, Reebok launched 3 new collections designed so as to not leave out major workout routines. These include trainingapparel (which would be ideal for Crossfit, weight training sessions and resistance training), a running line (the number of women running marathons is doubling in India every year: if you’re one of them there is a wide variety of sneakers you must try at the store), and finally a studio collection: Yoga wear for those of us who feel more comfortable in child’s pose than lying down (I think this would work for T’ai Chi and Pilates too) and finally a Dance and Aerobics collection for those of us who love hip-hop, Bollywood Bhangra and lots more.
The Reebok team took us through details like how some of the tops and jackets had maps of London, Tokyo and New York which made for a very funky print and quite frankly looks nice.
As more and more of us are shedding inhibitions about wearing neon prints on their shoes, the ranges consist of a wide variety to maintain support, comfort and style.
Here’s what some of it look liked…
These are called Yoga Glitch Leggings and I quite like these….[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]And a sneak-peak into dance cargo denims that are low-waist, fashionable and functional.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]There’s so much, you guys should check it out online or hit the store.
Special thanks to Tripti and Surbhi![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
