Two months ago, I was facing an alarming amount of hair fall. While the storm has passed, my hair was in need of TLC. So I headed to Rossano Ferretti at The Manor in Delhi. Today I’m going to talk about my customised Kerastase Hair Spa.
A mere four kilometres from my house, Manor is actually based in a colony I grew up in. Nestled in the by-lanes of Friends Colony West, The Manor can prove to be the perfect place on days you want to tune out the noise of the city. I arrived at the hotel and made my way straight to The Manor. With wooden interiors and bespoke elements that instantly calm you down, the wellness center is home to a gym, a spa and a hair salon.
I was ushered in promptly, at the time of my appointment and introduced to my therapist, Sandy. After a quick hair analysis, I was relieved to find that my scalp looked healthy and my follicles looked strong too. Since there wasn’t a major problem (like dandruff or hair fall), the therapist recommended a customised Kerastase Densifique Hair Spa.
After thoroughly washing my hair with Kerastase Densifique Bain Shampoo (ideal for thinning hair), my follicles were open to make the most of a cystine-based booster. Sandy added the Kerastase Fusio Dose Oleo Fusion Concentrate with a density booster.
After dividing my hair into 10-12 sections, the therapist then applied this potent mix that makes the crux of the spa. Instead of just using one hair mask, he mixed Kerastase Resistance Masque Force Architecte, Kerastase Nutritive Oleo-Relax Smoothing Mask and Kerastase Resistance Force Architecte Reconstructing Masque that combat dryness, hair thinning and lack of shine too. Plus each of these has vitamins, proteins and other hair-friendly ingredients.
A scalp massage not only helped me relax but also helped seep in the mask. After applying some heat to my strands (with a hot towel), the hair spa ended with a rinse and blow-dry.
Service, Rossano Ferretti
Equalled as a luxury Italian brand, Rosanno Ferretti recently made their way to India. With USD 1000 haircuts that recently made headlines, the service was highly personalised with personal attention given to each of their customers. If you value quality or our very particular about the choice of salons and hairstylists, I’d suggest you visit them.
The ritual was priced at Rs 3000 and took about 60-70 minutes.
